Strict Quality Control Sytems

•Jewhui Glass has a dedicated international quality team to make sure the supplied bottles are in conformity with the international regulations such as GPI, Ceti , FDA, CONEG

All our products are quality controlled individually. Our QC person examines every last detail both by hand and by using automatic equipment to control the finish diameter, bottle dimensions and glass thickness, as well as to identify any possible defects.

The multiple operations of control and testing guarantee that our products are safe for use for both the bottler and the final customer.

•Our quality team collaborates with Inspection equipment to develop new products and provides clients good service to meet any requirement, putting experience gained in many years of engineering and quality guidance .

Our Strength

Our strength though lies in the following key areas:
we have more than 15 years’ Engineering Experience in glass manufacturing for complex bottle and design

We have decoration capability currently screen printing, color sprayed, frosting, sand blasting, electroplating, METALIZATION ,decals etc.

We have in-house design capability allowing us to design new bottles within 1-2 days and provide line drawings and 3D rendered images.

We deliver products to market quickly whilst still minimizing risk by following the sampling process – our sales people deal directly with our china office who deal directly with our suppliers, we do not use agents or internal Our MOQ’s are relatively low compared with many of our competitors.

We have trained and experienced QC personnel to ensure good quality products are manufactured.
